The data processing group is comprised of twelve full-time staff members who prepare Case Report Forms (CRF) and ensure compliance with the protocol. The standard form is produced in both English and Japanese, but various types are available upon request. We also undertake CRF data management, collection of data from investigators and CRCs, data input and data auditing, and confirmation. Medical records can be provided in excel format. CRFs in various forms can be presented electronically upon request. Data from clinical laboratory can be provided in CSV format upon request.
