The clinical laboratory department is comprised of nine, full-time clinical laboratory technicians. The laboratory is capable of running tests on; hematology, blood biochemistry, blood coagulation, urinalysis, endocrinology, infectious diseases, and biopsy (EEG, PFT's, ECG, fundoscopy, hearing analysis and stool analysis). The results from hematology and urinalysis can be provided within five minutes of gathering the necessary specimen. For blood biochemistry, which needs to go through centrifugation, the results can be provided within forty minutes. Therefore, we can provide pre-administration testing results and evaluation of administration safety in prompt manner.


In addition to, regular inspection items in order to appraise the safety of the subject, we can also offer, detailed inspection result report, which adds further precision guarantee to the dynamics of the trial-drug. Different variations of the platelet aggregation tests, measurements of various cytokines before and after administration and various sample analyzations, can be performed upon request.

The system is set up so, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic samples are marked and are traceable from the sampling stage to the shipment stage. On April of 2008, the clinic acquired “SSS Master,” which is a sample temperature control system that follows FDA 21CFR Part.11 guideline.

On March 2007, to better our clinic’s already high standard, ISO 15189 was acquired. The clinic passed the first surveillance on March 2008. By acquiring ISO 15189, our clinic is striving to always present the clients with the highest quality and service.
